Adults and Kids Dance Performance Registration

Submit your dance registration below:

Registrations are now Closed as of October 18th 2022 

​To streamline the effort and make this easy for everyone, please refer the rules and guidelines below:

  1. Deadline for registration of Adults and Kids Dance Performance is 11:59pm on Monday, October 17th, 2022 

  2. Your registration will be confirmed after all participants in your group purchase tickets.

  3. All registrations must include the name of choreographer

  4. Minimum age of participants must be 6 years or older on or before August 31st, 2022. 

  5. Minimum number of participants per group: 6

  6. Props or actions that indicate violence should NOT be used in performances

  7. If we receive multiple entries for the same song, the committee will pick by first come first serve basis so as to be fair to all parties. If we receive duplicate entries, you will be given an option to change your song choice and register/apply again.

  8. Each performance/song should be no longer than 4 minutes in length. The song can be in any Indian language.

  9. There will be no Auditions/Dress Rehearsals this year. To ensure a high quality bar, team coordinator or choreographer must upload the final video of the performance and submit the link to RICA.Committee@Outlook.com by end of day, Monday, October 31st, 2022.

  10. We will have no more than 10 performances this year. [Subject to RICA Committee discretion].

  11. We require participants/parents to form their own groups. RICA Committee will not be responsible for group formation.

  12. Each participant is allowed to participate only in ONE performance.

  13. ​​​Event registration and ticket purchase automatically grants RICA the permission to take photos and videos of all attendees, performers and participants including participating children, and publish them on our website, Facebook, Flickr, YouTube and other public websites and social media.​
